At Naked & Famous Denim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your denim is in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items that have been customized or hemmed are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible. Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
